CUAMI Updates: Ban the Box Training THIS THURSDAY, New CUAMI Meeting Times, and Infrastructure Committee Applicant Deadline Oct. 1st!

Hello Communities United Against Mass Incarceration!

Join CUAMI, Colorado Jobs With Justice, Together Colorado, and Colorado 9to5 for our Ban The Box Pledge Collector Training! Unfamiliar with our Ban The Box campaign or what that is? Click here to read more about it! Attendees will learn how to collect from local employers and housing providers pledges to signify that they will not ask applicants about the criminal histories, which we'll then use to connect them with local reentry service providers to meet some immediate needs in our communities, to help break down this stigma about incarceration, to help energize all of us, and to gather testimonies when we eventually push this at the municipal level! Join us!
